In addition, goods mailed to Chad exceeding 5000 CFA francs require an invoice.
Customs Procedures:
For all imports, a detailed declaration must be lodged, together with the manifest, invoices and transport documents. Certificates may be required for products such as food, medicines and other controlled items. The declaration must include all the information needed to establish the customs value, such as the classficiation of the goods, their origin and the customs procedures requested.
